By downloading, installing, or using StayFasted ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
StayFasted grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use StayFasted only for its intended purpose as a personal fasting tracking and coaching tool. You agree not to:
StayFasted may offer lifetime access tiers through third-party payment platforms. "Lifetime" means for the useful life of the App (as long as the App is actively maintained and distributed). If the App is discontinued, no further updates will be provided, but the installed version will continue to function.
Promotional discount codes (e.g., EARLYBIRD) are valid for the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Lifetime access purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Stan Store) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis if you are dissatisfied within 30 days of purchase.
StayFasted is not medical advice. The App provides general wellness information and AI-generated coaching for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any fasting program, especially if you have diabetes, an eating disorder, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. If you feel unwell during a fast, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
StayFasted's AI coaching feature provides personalized responses based on your inputs (mood, notes, fasting stage). These responses are generated by on-device language models and are intended for motivational and educational support only. They are not:
AI responses may occasionally contain inaccurate information. Always verify health-related claims with qualified professionals.
All your data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for complete details. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or health data.
StayFasted, including its design, code, content, educational materials, and AI coaching system, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayFasted and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from health decisions made based on information provided by the App or its AI coaching system.
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the App's creator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
